Why I joined the tribe?
“Before working with Hannah, I had worked so hard on getting my business up and running. It was a few years in, and I had clients, reviews and experience behind me - but I felt like the business was owning me. Some months I’d make £10k in revenue, followed by a few months of £1k revenue. The unpredictability was affecting me mentally, I was in scarcity mode when it came to money so I wasn’t confident in leaving my part-time job.
I was embarrassed that I’d worked so hard, poured in so many hours into a business that wasn’t really doing what I’d hoped it would, which was to give me financial freedom.
I’m fortunate enough to know Hannah, and one day I plucked up the courage to tell her about it. I knew she managed successful sales teams, but didn’t appreciate how all her expertise would apply to my small business. But I was beginning to realise I had got the business as far as I could by myself, and it was time for guidance.
As soon as I told her, we booked in our first session and I remember it like it was yesterday - reviewing my current services, and discussing each one in turn. We discussed how I felt about them, how easy they were to sell, and what resources I needed to deliver those services. I left that very first session with a clear plan - something I had never had.
I actioned the plan she gave me, and booked in £26k worth of work in the FIRST MONTH, £11k of which was banked that month. This just so happened to be July, and I had a holiday planned for August - which meant I could fully relax on holiday not having to stress about money. I also was able to spend on luxuries like surf lessons for my daughter, which just wasn’t an option before I started working with Hannah.
Over the next few years, my business has grown into the 6 figures and we’ve worked with incredible clients. Hannah has continued to coach me but also helped me plan for maternity leave, both training my team but also getting me ready financially to take some time off.
It’s not just my work life that’s been revolutionised, I’ve been gifted a whole different personal life too. I’m able to treat my family, have financial and time freedom to work around them and pick and choose the work I want to do. I count my lucky stars every day that I know Hannah, and that she has helped me build a profitable business. I drop my daughter to school and pick her up, look after my baby 3 days a week, make their dinners and put them to bed. I never miss a school assembly, and even have time to volunteer to go on school trips! I never thought this would be possible to work a few days a week, but Hannah has shown me that it is.”
